Mad Tiger trailer

Peelander-Z is one of my favorite hometown band. It mixes punk with super insane Japanese visuals and activities. Just look them up on google if you don’t know, it’s just hard to explain. Anyway, I’ve been waiting for this trailer for over a year already. I knew a talented filmmaker, Jonathan Yi, was making a Peelander-Z documentary and I was curious on what angle he was doing since when I saw him filming the shows in early 2014. Now with … Continue reading

Hayley’s Prank Show!

Just in time for Halloween, here is Hayley’s prank show! We shot this short video at Youtube Space NY’s Halloween Cabin set. It was the most detailed set to date. The set consisted of a cabin made of real wood with real props such as a rusted tools, kid’s broken bicycle, broken chairs, dishes, weapons etc. There were hidden 2 hidden rooms with really creepy interior design. One consisted of just a bed with chains and scratch marks on the … Continue reading

Supreme x Jordan 5

For the first time ever, Supreme will collaborate with the Jordan brand. Now watch all the hypebeasts drool in awe and set their sights on these. Yeah. I do like the whole Supreme brand and its influences, but I hate the hype. It opens new doors to resellers. People who buy these to gain profit rather than just enjoy the product. These will retail for $250 and will resell for about $600 to $700. Assholes. Anyway, let’s talk about the … Continue reading

NY Comic Con 2015

I can’t believe I totally missed NY Comic last year. That’s what happens when you’re in school full time with 2 jobs. You just miss things. Anyway, I took the opportunity to go to the convention this year. I wanted to cosplay something bold, something different… body paint. One of the raising stars in the wrestling world right now is NXT’s Fin Balor aka Prince Devitt in Japan or everywhere else. His body paint is on point. It has the … Continue reading

One Punch Man episode 1 review

One Punch Man is an interesting anime. It’s about a really overpowered superhero who can defeat ANYBODY with one punch. My first thought was, “Then how the hell will you make that concept interesting?” The answer: with great story driven plot and characters that you can relate with crazy Japanese humor and visuals. Like this picture of a child with a scrotum as his chin. The anime’s protagonist is Saitama, who is a bored superhero with a broken super power: … Continue reading

New Star Wars footage on Instagram!

As I was scrolling on my Instagram feed today, I noticed a post from Star Wars. At first I thought it was a clip from their previous trailer that they posted a few months ago, but when I noticed Boyega holding a lightsaber, I knew I haven’t seen that before… therefor, this is a brand spanking new teaser for the upcoming movie! A video posted by Star Wars (@starwars) on Aug 27, 2015 at 10:00am PDT I’m pretty excited about … Continue reading

A Case of Mistaken Identities (Short Film)

“A Case of Mistaken Identities” is the short film we submitted for Asian American Film Lab’s 72 Hour Shootout. We only had 72 hours when the the theme is given to write, shoot and edit; and then submit it to hopefully be part of the Top 10 film to screen at Asian American International Film Festival in the West Village Cinema theatre. We wanted to go for the win, so we met the night when the theme was given. The … Continue reading

The Hateful 8 trailer

The Weinstein Company just released the trailer for “The H8ful Eight/ The Hateful 8″ Quentin Tarantino’s 8th film (Coincidence? Maybe). The trailer shows some familiar faces that have worked with the Mastermind Mr. Tarantino and others who have been honored to come across his thought process as people of interest. The storyline has a very nostalgic feel to it. I have to say, I’m definitely looking forward to this film. Congratulations Quentin Tarantino, for going 8 films strong. Keep up … Continue reading

Deadpool Movie Red Band Trailer

Today August 4th 2015, Marvel Studios released the Deadpool Red Band Trailer, and I have to say that I am super excited to watch it! Ryan Reynolds really embodies the smart ass Anti-hero in more ways then his first appearance as the masked Badass. It makes absolute sense that the first trailer is a Red Band trailer, Deadpool doesn’t sugar coat anything for anyone (especially villians). There was a Green Lantern reference made in the trailer, let’s see if Deadpool could … Continue reading

Super Debt (short film)

Super Debt was a concept I did for YoutubeSpace NY when they were looking for scripts to be supervised by Marvel’s Stan Lee. I wanted to do something relatable with today’s financial debt crisis with a superhero element to it. And load and behold, we got picked to have a talk with Stan Lee. Youtube gave us a small stipend and the resources to film in their studios with awesome equipments to make this film. I also contacted my trusted … Continue reading
